The Barn has several packages to accommodate everyone’s budget. We want all of our couples to have their dream wedding at a great price.

Handicap & Wheelchair Accessible stalls are also included in both the Ladies’ and the Gent’s Restrooms

Packages & Pricing

At The Barn at Martin Farms, we host a variety of events from weddings to school dances, corporate gatherings, parties and more. Because we strive to give each event that individual, personalized attention, Clients may choose from our already Pre-Designed Packages or may choose to have a specialty package created for them by our Event Coordinator, Ms. Vanessa.

Pre-Designed Packages

“Martin's Outdoor Country Event Package” - $1995.00 - This package affords you the usage of the front of the barn, bathrooms, ceremony site, and much, much more for up to 100 guests. Additional seating is available. No matter the event, you can have the experience of a rustic event at a doable cost (Day-of-Coordinator included). Self-Catering is Welcomed!

~ “I Do” Wedding Package” - $2799.00 - Your dream can happen within your budget & without the cost of purchasing decorations, without the scheduling out of your busy day to decorate, without the worry of “What to do with all that ‘left-over’ stuff!”, and at an affordable $cost$ !  A Bride chooses from one of two floral designs for centerpieces & wedding site decor, white or black tablecloths,  and we do the decorating of the tables for up to 50 guests (5 tables) (additional table setup fees apply for added guests over the limit). The bridal table, cake table,  gift/sign-in table, and the wedding site arch & two barrels are also decorated for you. It is simple and affordable! (A one day meeting with the Day-of- Coordinator is included) *Vendors not supplied. However, Self-Catering is welcomed!

“Rustic WeekDay Wedding” - $3295.00 - You, too, can have your dream wedding without the hassle of purchasing decorations, without the scheduling out of your busy day to decorate, without the worry of “What to do with all that ‘left-over’ stuff!”, and at an affordable $cost$ ! This package is truly a bride’s “Best Friend” in that you choose from our collection of decorations, and we do the decorating of the tables for up to 100 guests (10 tables) and the wedding site or you. _Weddings in this package are held Monday through Thursday. It is simple and affordable! (Day-of- Coordinator included) * Vendors not supplied; however, Self-Catering is Welcomed!

~ “I Do” Wedding Package” - $2799.00 - Your dream can happen within your budget & without the cost of purchasing decorations, without the scheduling out of your busy day to decorate, without the worry of “What to do with all that ‘left-over’ stuff!”, and at an affordable $cost$ ! It is that simple! (Day-of- Coordinator included) * Vendors not supplied; However, Self-Catering is Welcomed!

~”Barn Basics Package” - $5400.00" - his package allows you to come into the barn the day prior to your event to utilize your own decorations. A list of all that is included with this package comes with its description. We can also add one vendor to this package at the additional cost for that vendor (ex. The caterer) calculated within our payment plan. (Day-of-Coordinator included) **Self-Catering is Welcomed as well.

~ “Martin Extreme Package 1 - $16,975" - for those larger weddings beginning with 100 guests, is an ALL-INCLUSIVE package including The Venue, Catering, DJ/Entertainment, Photography, Flower and Cake Allowances, and Decorations from Vanessa's Collection. Our professional Wedding Planner is included along with many, many more amenities.

~ “Martin Extreme Package 2 - $13,450" - for those slightly smaller weddings beginning with 50 guests, is also an ALL-INCLUSIVE package including The Venue, Catering, DJ/Entertainment, Photography, Flower and Cake Allowances, and Decorations from Vanessa's Collection. Our professional Wedding Planner is included along with many, many more amenities.

~ “Special Ceremony Only Package” - Have your rustic wedding ceremony & loads of photos on the Barn surroundings at a low cost starting at $400 (minimum 2 hours / maximum of 4 hours @ $200 an hour). Includes the wedding site, granny-clampet cabin for wedding walk, many photoshoot opportunities, and barn bathrooms. Our coordinator, arch decor, and officiant can be added with an upcharge.

"Celebrate Your Graduate" ~ It is a wonderful time in your young people's lives when the accomplishment of completing high school has been attained. We create wonderful packages which celebrate the graduate in your life. Our packages can include: the Venue, Dinner, Dessert, Setup, Food & Beverage Stations, Serving the meal, busing & clean up. Self-Catering is welcomed also. It can be a gathering which will be remembered as a well-deserved celebration for a well-deserved young person.

~”Personally Created for You” - (other than weddings) We also create packages for all types of other events as well as weddings. Holiday gatherings, birthday parties, graduation celebrations, 50th Anniversaries, retirements, school dances… all have their own ‘make-ups.’ Packages are personally designed to please any type of event which is hosted at The Barn at Martin Farms.

~ “Self- Catering is Welcomed”- Self-Catering often brings food cost into a more affordable realm. Clients may provide their own food with the hiring of our barn Catering-Crew to take care of the setup and operation of the Catering Station, while the Clients provide the prepared entrees and side dishes.

~ “Packages & Pricing”-At The Barn at Martin Farms, we host a variety of events from weddings to school dances, corporate gatherings, and speciality parties. Because we strive to give each event that individual personalized attention, clients may choose from our already Pre-Designed Packages or may choose to have a Specialized Package created for them by our Event Coordinator, Ms. Vanessa, an Accredited Bridal Consultant.  She is certified in wedding planning and coordinating of all events. 

~ “Save-the-Date Down Payment & Specialized Payment Plan”-We love to make life easy for our clients, and with that said, our Save-the-Date Down Payment does not come at a tremendous cost. To secure the package and venue, we require a small Non-refundable Security Payment of only $500.00 (which is subtracted from the total contract balance.) After the Security Payment is made, we have a sit-down to sign a contract and create a Payment Plan for our new client. The Payment Plan is very simple…. It is interest free to start with. The payments consist of the total number of months from the time of contract signing to the 60 days prior to the event date, then divide the balance on the contract by those number of months. A billing is sent 2 to 3 weeks prior to the due date via Quickbooks email. We accept many forms of payment (even credit cards, but try to utilize the interest free & fee free sources.)
